The success of Maldives tourism is no secret. As one of the most well-known tourist destinations in the world, Maldives is popular among visitors for the country’s natural beauty, white sandy beaches and attractive tropical life.

Since tourism was established in the country, Maldives has been putting in an enormous effort towards developing this sector, which has become fruitful today. With each passing year, the Maldives tourism industry has been putting in the effort to keep up with the latest trends and develop on par with other major tourist destinations around the globe. Even with the COVID-19 pandemic, the Maldivian tourism industry figured out ways to continue supporting visitor arrivals while taking all the precautionary measures in order to avoid infection rates.
