Bank of Maldives opens application for Community Fund

A total of 10 projects will be selected to receive MVR 50,000 to implement projects in the areas of education, environment, sports and community development.

Bank of Maldives (BML)  has opened applications for proposals under its Community Fund for the third phase of the year. As per statement by the Bank, a total of 10 projects will be selected to receive MVR 50,000 to implement projects in the areas of education, environment, sports and community development. The Community Fund is open only for registered NGOs.

According to the BML, NGOs can send proposals with supporting documents to [email protected] before 11:59pm on 17th October 2022.

The Community Fund is a program to empower NGOs to contribute to their communities through sustainable projects. As of today, the Bank has provided financial assistance for 70 projects across the country through this fund.
