Maldivian, the national airline of the Maldives, will commence scheduled flights between Malé and Kudahuvadhoo, Dhaalu Atoll, from 17 September 2026, further strengthening its domestic network and expanding connectivity across the country.
The new route will operate daily flights, with a promotional fare starting from MVR 1,111. With the addition of Kudahuvadhoo, Maldivian will serve 18 domestic airports across the Maldives, marking another step in the airline’s continued growth and its commitment to providing reliable air connectivity throughout the country. The introduction of this service supports the Government's efforts to strengthen domestic air connectivity and improve access to the region. The service will provide essential travel options for local communities across Dhaalu Atoll, improving access to Malé and supporting travel for work, education, healthcare, business, and other needs.
The service will also support the hospitality sector and businesses in Dhaalu Atoll by improving access to the region and providing greater connectivity for travellers. As Maldivian continues to grow its domestic network, the airline remains focused on connecting communities, supporting regional development and strengthening access to destinations across the Maldives.
Scheduled flights between Malé and Kudahuvadhoo will commence on 17 September 2026. Tickets will be available for purchase from 13 September 2026 through Maldivian’s website, mobile application, ticketing offices and authorised sales channels.
