Maldivian and Azerbaijan Airlines announce strategic interline partnership
Through this collaboration, passengers travelling with Azerbaijan Airlines will now be able to connect from Velana International Airport (MLE) to 17 unique island destinations across the Maldives via Maldivian’s extensive domestic network- the largest in the country.
Maldivian, the national airline of the Maldives, has announced a new agreement with Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), Azerbaijan’s national air carrier. This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in enhancing travel options for international passengers seeking access to the Maldives’ island destinations.
Through this collaboration, passengers travelling with Azerbaijan Airlines will now be able to connect from Velana International Airport (MLE) to 17 unique island destinations across the Maldives via Maldivian’s extensive domestic network- the largest in the country. This agreement ensures smoother travel experiences and greater convenience for visitors arriving from Azerbaijan, Central Asia, and beyond.
