On 30 November 2025, the Maldives Airports Company Ltd (MACL) welcomed Centrum Air to Terminal 1 at Velana International Airport (VIA).

The airline was welcomed with a ceremonial water salute. According to MACL, the Uzbekistan-based private airline is the 28th carrier to begin operations at VIA, marking another milestone in the company's transition of services to the new terminal.

This was also the airlines inaugural direct flight from Tashkent to Male', marking an important milestone in the airline's expanding international network. The airline announced the successful inaugural flight, noting that the flight operating under flight number C6531 departed Tashkent at 01:35 local time and landed in Male' at 08:05, where the aircraft was greeted with a warm and festive welcome by airport authorities and ground staff.
