On 19 January 2026, the Maldives Airports Company Ltd (MACL) announced the conclusion of the first batch of Leadership Essentials for Supervisors.
In their announcement, MACL noted that 22 staff members completed the program. The aim of the Leadership Essentials for Supervisors program is an ongoing initiative by the company's CEO & MD to upskill the supervisory staff. With this effort, MACL reflects the companys strong commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.
The closing ceremony, held on 19 January, was attended by the companys CEO & MD, Ibrahim Mohamed Shareef, along with department heads and the HR section heads.
