In a recent move aimed at attracting investment, the Addu City Council opened bidding to investors for the development of the Addu Atoll Hithadhoo's Eedhigali tourism zone. This picturesque area, renowned for its stunning natural lake, has captured the imagination of locals and visitors alike, with social media flooded by mesmerizing images showcasing the scenic beauty of Addu City.

The council's announcement reveals plans to open up 21,000 square meters of the Eedhigali tourism zone to both local and international investors, inviting them to unlock the area's full potential. With the bidding process slated to run from March 13th to 2:30 hrs on March 21st, 2024, investors are granted ample opportunity to seize this exciting prospect and contribute to the transformation of this enchanting locale. In addition to this, the Addu City Council has also revealed that the bids will be accepted by the administration at 10:00 pm on the 15th of April as well.
