Dhuvaafaru is a planned and newly redeveloped inhabited island in Raa Atoll that has seen significant infrastructure investment in recent years, including land reclamation and road construction to support residential and community expansion.

The Dhuvaafaru water and sewerage project aligns with the company’s broader mission to expand access to reliable and sustainable utility services nationwide. By implementing efficient, modern utility infrastructure in remote and newly developed island areas, MWSC aims to support community resilience, public health, and long-term socio-economic growth.
