The MWSC Staff Award Night 2025 was held at Male’ City Hall Ground, an annual event celebrating the dedication and achievements of the company’s employees.
This year, the ceremony honoured 70 employees for their invaluable service to the company for 10 and 20 years. Additionally, special awards were presented to the most outstanding employees of the year, recognising their exceptional contributions.
The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the company’s most prestigious honour, the Chairman’s Award for Excellence, which was awarded to Technical Manager, Mr Hassan Shafeeq. This award recognises an individual who has made remarkable, valuable, and sincere contributions to the growth and development of MWSC while working tirelessly to enhance the company's reputation.
The awards were presented by MWSC Chairperson Ms Shamhooza Ahmed, Managing Director Mr Abdul Matheen, members of the Board of Directors, and the Senior Management Team.
Speaking at the ceremony, Managing Director Mr Abdul Matheen emphasised that the primary objective of the event is to acknowledge the talents of MWSC’s employees and inspire them to continue their hard work and dedication.
