According to MWSC, concreting of the foundation for Tank 1 has been successfully completed, marking a milestone in the project.

The Male' Water and Sewerage Company Pvt. Ltd. (MWSC) has announced progress on the establishment of two water storage tanks in Malé, each with a capacity of 13,000 cubic meters.
According to MWSC, concreting of the foundation for Tank 1 has been successfully completed, marking a milestone in the project. Foundation works for Tank 2 are currently progressing as scheduled.
Once completed, the two tanks will have a combined water storage capacity of 26,000 cubic meters.
MWSC said the additional storage capacity will further strengthen water security and enhance the resilience of water security for the growing population of the Greater Malé Region.
