MWSC announces progress on N. Landhoo water project

On 18 May 2026, Male' Water and Sewerage Company Pvt. Ltd. (MWSC) shared an update on the progress of the N. Landhoo Water Project through its official X account.
According to MWSC, the project had reached 14.8 percent completion as of 18 May 2026. The company stated that foundation works for all three water tanks and the degasifier have now been completed.
MWSC further noted that the next phase of the project is currently underway, with pipeline installation and road restoration works progressing in the area.
The N. Landhoo Water Project forms part of ongoing efforts to improve access to safe and reliable water and sewerage services across islands in the Maldives.
