The long wait for the Vinares flat handover might be over soon as Urbanco has finally announced that the company will be handing over the keys to these newly built apartments before the end of July 2023.

For those who have been waiting to receive their brand new apartments since the recipient's list was announced in 2022, the time has finally come with final steps for handing over being set into place with Urbanco requesting applicants to submit their credit reports to the Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA) for the last final evaluation.
Finally, this housing project is also nearing the end as the handover period is taking place within this month, with Urbanco reporting that a total of 128 of the Vinares flats have already been purchased at the full price, with the rest of the recipients possibly opting for the instalment method of payment for the flats.
