On July 6th, the completion of the 'One Central Park' housing project in Hulhumale marked another successful milestone in the housing industry. The project's construction began in 2016 when the land was entrusted to a private company named Sandal Mauritius. Subsequently, in 2021, the project was sublet to the renowned Maldivian company, Rasheed Carpentry and Construction Company (RCC).
One Central Park entailed the development of 120 apartments in phase 1 of Hulhumale', with each unit priced at MVR 2.2 million. These spacious 3-bedroom apartments offered breathtaking views of Hulhumale's Central Park, making them highly desirable for residents. Moreover, the apartments' prime location provided convenient access to wide roads, facilitating proximity to shops, hospitals, and other essential amenities.
What sets this housing project apart from others is that it was fully developed and co-developed by private companies. By the time the handover took place on July 6th, all 120 apartment buyers had made full payments, demonstrating the resounding success of the project.
