As part of its continued commitment to enhancing customer convenience and strengthening digital services, SME Digital has introduced a one-click facility payment feature through the BML Mobile Banking App.
This enhancement allows customers to make payments seamlessly while enjoying easier access to their facility information. Through the BML Mobile Banking App, customers can conveniently view key facility details, including facility status, start and end dates, monthly instalment amounts, financing rates, and total outstanding balances.
For customers with overdue payments, the app will also display the number of overdue installments along with the total overdue amount, ensuring full transparency and better financial management.
To make a payment, customers simply need to log in to the BML Mobile Banking App, navigate to the “Accounts” tab, select their SME Digital facility, and tap “Pay” to complete the transaction.
This initiative reflects SME Digital’s broader digital transformation strategy and its ongoing focus on delivering accessible, efficient, and customer-centric solutions that simplify facility management.
