The Bank of Maldives (BML) has welcomed a new batch of interns under its annual internship program at a special ceremony.
The Bank welcomed 25 interns including graduate interns and Techstart interns. Techstart is a newly introduced category this year for IT students, offering them specialized opportunities. The 12 month program offers the interns hands-on experience in various business units and branches of the Bank, along with a monthly allowance.
During the ceremony, BML also celebrated the interns graduating from the 2024 program, among which some offered permanent positions at the Bank.
The BML Internship program, first launched in 2018, has supported 77 interns so far.
