On 22 May 2025, the Bank of Maldives (BML) inaugurated ATM service in K. Huraa under its “Mulhi Raajje ah BML ATM” initiative, marking the completion of installing self-service banking ATMs in all inhabited islands of Kaafu Atoll.
In addition to Kaafu Atoll, we now have ATMs in all the inhabited islands of Haa Alif, Noonu, Meemu, and Dhaalu Atolls. We'll continue to expand our ATM network, with the goal of establishing ATMs in all inhabited islands across the Maldives before the end of the year. This work is progressing well, and we're confident we'll achieve this target.
This expansion reinforces the Bank’s position as the leading financial institution in Maldives, with an extensive network comprising 39 branches across all 20 atolls, 123 Self Service Banking Centres, 178 ATMs, comprehensive Agent Banking Services, and advanced Digital Banking solutions.
