As part of the commitment to assist customers in settling outstanding dues, the Male' Water and Sewerage Company Pvt Ltd. (MWSC) has once again introduced the Surcharge Waive-Off Program for both Domestic and Commercial Tariff customers.
Under this program, all surcharge penalties accrued up to 31 December 2025 will be waived in full for customers who pay their total outstanding bill amount between 1 April 2026 and 31 December 2026.
Customers also have the option to settle their dues via monthly instalment plans. In such cases, surcharge penalties will be waived upon timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
