BML announces the conclusion of the National Junior Surfing Championship

The Bank of Maldives (BML) has announced that the National Junior Surfing Championship has concluded successfully.
The three-day event held at Lonuziyaaraiykolhu, Male’, saw 33 participants in four categories.
The categories are:
- Under 18 Boys
- Under 18 Girls
- Under 16 Boys
- Under 14 Boys
This year marks the first year girls have participated in a junior surfing championship.
The Bank extended its partnership with the Maldives Surfing Association (MSA) as the official sponsor for the national surfing teams, including both senior and junior teams last year. As part of this partnership, the Bank provides support to the annual National Junior Surfing Championship to promote the development of young talent in the sport
